Does anyone have or know how to code something that saves temperature, humidity, and soil moisture to a file at certain time intervals?

Hi, I haven't heard of anybody doing that yet, but it isn't too hard. You need to learn how to use MySQL (or actually MariaDB another name for it on the Raspberry Pi) and build a little database. Tons of tutorials on how to do this. You might look at the github.com/switchdoclabs/SDL_Pi_DataLoggerBut it is probably more work for you to configure that rather than just building your own. BP

How might one configure the software to the pre-existing software?

It's a big job. Has anyone else on the board done this and can help him out?
