Our Weather start up issue ... I am new to using Our Weather and am trying to bring the system to life for the first time. I managed to get Station Name and WiFi configured, but right after the new IP address is displayed it says: Alexa Disabled and nothing else. I can connect to the system via www.switchdoc.com/OurWeatherPage.html on the local IP adress: 192.168.1.154 On the Our Weather page, only Rain Total has a value: 1.68 mm. If I turn on the wind meter, a light will flash on the board. If I turn the wind direction, nothing happens. If I pour water into the water meter, a green LED will flash on the board. On the www.switchdoc.com/OurWeatherAdmin.html page, I can change the Default Password and see that I am using version 035. If I try to update to version 036 nothing will happen. How do I get on? Is there a bug in the system? Aren't they tested before leaving Svitchdoc Lab?

I want you to try a test for me. The WeatherPlus board is probably not the problem.
One question: When it hangs, does the white LED come on and stay on?
Then, would you unplug the AM2315 and turn the system back on?

I want you to try a test for me. The WeatherPlus board is probably not the problem. One question: When it hangs, does the white LED come on and stay on? Then, would you unplug the AM2315 and turn the system back on? BP Dear BP Disconnecting AM2315 gave results. Now there is weather data on the display and on the Our Weather page. The white LED first flashes quickly, then a long blink, turns off, and starts again. How about the AM2315, is it defective?

When I plug in the AM2315 and restart the device, "Alexa Disabled" appears again. in the display The white LED has the same characteristic with and without the AM2315 plugged in: Small flashes followed by a long blink, no lights and starting again. Sune

Hmm. That's not 100% what I expected, but we will go ahead and do the above. BP I have updated Our Weather to version 036 as required for the new sensor. However, the unit reboots all the time, but shows during startup that it uses version 036. How do I get on from here? Watch video link: Best regards Sune

Something has gone haywire with the V036 updater. I'm putting V035 back there. I'll test it out this afternoon.

I've got nearly the same Problems (even more) with my all new kit. 1. At first it seems working everything except the display. 2. After connecting and over the air update to 036 it did not work anymore 3. At this point i realized, that the display works, when i unplug the real time clock battery module, but the board was in a restart loop 4. So i update to 036 with arduino ide directly (with Option "Erase Flash: All Flash Contents" and witch much work because there was an missing file in the git repository and the manual is not complete) 5. After this i reset wlan settings and have some good values but most still bad values 6. After disconnecting AM2315 too i have now even more good values
So my Problems at this time are: 1. When RTL Clock is plugged in, Display isn't working and i get no values from API (fresh 3v 2023 Battery and tried with 2Ah 5V power supply allready) (the white LED is very bright, no flashing). 2. When RTL Clock is NOT plugged Display works (the white LED is only short time flashing). 3. when AM2315 is connected i got nearly no values 4. When AM2315 not connected i got all other connected values 5. The time String seems to be wrong: "OurWeatherTime": "2009-85-165 37:165" (i changed time to "Sep 28 2019" and "01:40:11")
Over all i'm very disapointed because: 1. Some parts are missing in my order (Grove - 4 pin Female Jumper to Grove 4 pin Conversion Cable (5 PCs per Pack) × 1, 120pcs/box M3 Nylon Hex Thread Assortment Kit × 1, THUNDERBOARD LIGHTING DETECTION EXTENDER KIT, AIR QUALITY EXTENDER KIT) 2. the RTC seems to be defect 3. the AM2315 seems to be defect 4. the over air update broke my board and only with hours of work i did it running again 5. there are a missing file in the software download 6. the software is like 20 years ago (why no ntp server? why no WPS?...) 7. i had to pay 73 € for duty/tax 8. the product is much to expensive for what you get (not working and plastics do not look like it last long)

I'll come back and talk about the other issues, but let me get the SHT30 out to you. No need to return the AM2315. This may be the root of the technical problems.
We will send you another RTL clock, but I'm surprised at that.

Which file is missing?
We have a major update for OurWeather coming out. With WPS but unfortunately we can not get the SmartConfig to work reliably.
