Connection Error with Raspberry Pi

I am trying to connect to my Raspberry Pi that uses a wireless LAN.  I followed the setup information on the website, and using my iPad internet browser, I can type in  address>:9600/Version and the correct page comes up.  But when I go to the Server Report page on the RasPiConnect app, I get the following errors:
