Thanks for that final info. I know I disappeared for a long time, but do appreciate the info that PETG is an alternative. The i-fast does prefer printing Hatchbox ABS with the plate at 80-85C instead of 100 to 110C or you can get warping or an inverse elephant foot effect. I don't know why. It has a very stable internal chamber maximum temp of 80C and plate temps up to 120C for my early model. The firmware was updated last summer to allow the second extruder to have a separate plate Z height relative to what the first extruder is calibrated to. That is a game changer and keeps anyone from mechanically trying to level the extruders. I went through that and gave it up until that firmware change came out. The printer works great now. I think newer printers from Bambu Labs probably are much faster and better overall, but the i-fast from qidi is a workhorse that will just run and run. The support is great and they still sell warranties for long term support, if that is important to a person. I'm attaching a picture of a two color ABS african frog I just printed with no supports.
