Hi, I am a definite newbie. I have managed to build the SwichDocLab weather station and it is working! mostly...Anyway I am now trying to complete the control panel. I have downloaded RasPiConnect Server and have rec'd the RasPiConnectServer Version 3.0 message on my Pi monitor showing such. I am attempting to get the app working on a used IPAD 2.0 that I bought expressly for this purpose. I cannot get the app to connect. I am on my wireless home network currently though I will be trying to access this via cellular down the road...which will involve port forwarding on the comcast.net router here at home. I do not understand the system URL. I thought that the sytem URL is my Pi's IP address - four sets of numbers each followed by a period. However your example shows a .com name followed by the 9600 port and raspi. I have entered XX.XX.XX.XXX:9600/raspi -What am I missing? Thanks for your help - sorry if this is a stupid question! Rob

Hi, Rob, saw your question. Your System URL looks correct to me. Have you tried the test procedure in the Wiki? That helped me figure out whether I had the URL set up correctly.
Remember to check your config.py and fill out all the URL variable there.
