Hello, I am trying to the the Ourweather system up and running at a public school, and I can't get it to connect to our Wifi, or go in via ip. My guess is that the firewall is blocking it. My question is: Is there a way to enter the wifi connection information via a USB connection, or some other "wired" method?

Kleenur,
Here are my assumptions from your note:
A) You are able to connect to OurWeather AP using the procedure in the manual for setting up the system.
B) You have entered in the SSID and Password into OurWeather using the procedures in the manual.
C) After successfully doing this, the OLED screen on OurWeather shows you failing the connection to the SSID specified above.
Given the above assumptions are true, then the following is true.
1) OurWeather supports WEP or WPA/WPA2 authentication, or open networks. Unfortunately, you will need to talk to your IT people to figure this one out. They may require additional authorization codes that OurWeather does not support out of the box.
2) You may want to setup a small addition WiFi access point that supports WEP or WPA/WPA2 authentication, or open networks. Again, you will have to talk to your IP people.
3) You can't use a wired or USB connection to enter the data. Your question makes me think that A), B) and C) are not true. You could reprogram the OurWeather Software to use your WiFi SSID and password, but that is a bit of technical challenge (have to compile the code using the Arduino IDE and reload the code into OurWeather).
Hope this helps somewhat. Without knowing what your system looks like, we aren't sure how to help beyond this.
Best regards, BP
