If you tie down the anemometer, your rain stops going up?
If you let it loose, what do you show on wind speed with the rain counts up?

OK. I've having a hard time keeping the system up, but at 2:45 pm today, I restarted the system again. The anemometer has been zero till this post and the rain has recorded 112.45 mm in just over 2 hours.
Released the anemometer at 5:13 pm. Again the software had quit working. Computer rebooted.
Thunder storm has started about this time. Had 4 reports of lightning, 24 km away, from 4:30 up to about 5:00 pm. So at least that is working, or appears to have worked.
8:00 pm now and there are 450 mm of rain recorded in just under 3 hours.
So much more with the anemometer connected that without.

OK. let me summarize and see if I understand:
1) If you tie the anemometer down, your rain continues to go up. Correct?
2) If you unplug the rain and anemometer your rain continues to go up. Correct?
3) Nothing you do stops the rain from going up. Correct?
4) You have checked your wiring 12 ways from Sunday. Correct?

SwitchDoc Labs RMA# 081119-01 909 S Shelley Lake Lane Spokane Valley, WA 99037 BP The new board arrived yesterday and the old board was mailed out today. Would interesting to see how long it takes to get to your end. Excess of 2 weeks to travel a mere 2.5 hours north. After about 12 hours of running with the new board, thee rain fall show a be fat zero! Thanks for the new board.

GREAT! Glad we figured that out. Strange, strange error. Anemometer and Wind Vane working? John Yes, it is providing what appears to be accurate data.
Wunderground is not displaying the correct temperature, but other than that, now to get the database going and the solar running.
Thanks
