Hello, I received my USB Power Control V2 in the mail, quick postage to .au . I first came across the USB controller on Amazon (see pic) and am wanting to do similar, that is, control a usb submersible pump via the usb controller which is connected directly to RPi3 USB - using python script. I have taken the time to read the pdf documents but am still unsure. At this stage I have connected up similar to pic-1 but the pump does not turn on. The code below is from another user and am wondering if it would be suitable. import RPi.GPIO as GPIO import time GPIO.setmode(GPIO.BCM) GPIO.setwarnings(False) GPIO.setup(13,GPIO.OUT) GPIO.output(13,GPIO.HIGH) Many thanks for your time Michael

Michael,
You should connect up ground too. I can't tell from the picture what you are hooked up to. Did you buy this from Amazon?
Take a close up picture of your setup and the board and post it. I'll take a look.

Hi BP, Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. The photo in my previous post is a set up from a customer review on Amazon, I was unable to work out the wiring layout from the pic. Attached are (2) photos of my set up, appreciate any assistance working this out. Many thanks Michael Attachments:

Ok. I can't tell where the wires are coming from and to and the colts don't match.
