I purchased 3 of the following...
WeatherPiArduino V3
WeatherRack Anemometer, Weather Vane, Rain Bucket
DS3231 / EEPROM / Battery modules.
I already had Raspberry PI 4's to use.
I am no stranger to electronics or electronics projects but I have to say this project has proven to be quite the challenge. The documentation is so fragmented and disorganized I really have no idea where to go. Do I start from scratch and build the software based on the hardware I already purchased?
Basically where I am at is this. I have VCC,GND,SDA,SCL from the WeatherPiArduini V3 board going to the 3V3GND,SDA,SCL on the Raspberry PI. I have the WeatherRack connected to the WeatherPiArduino V3 board as well as the DS3231 / EEPROM / Battery module plugged in to the WeatherPiArduino V3 board.
I stumbled across several different repositories on github under the switchdoclabs account.
The one i "THINK" I should be using is the following...
SDL_Pi_GroveWeatherPi
After installing the needed prerequisites and running the application I get the following...
Notice I do not see any WeatherRack data at all.
Can someone explain if I am missing parts of this puzzle and maybe direct me to current information?
Then that basically repeats over and over.
