I'm looking for support on the following issues I have ran into building my weather station. I have attached images of my progress and readouts. I think based on my reading I have an issue to the weather plus computer board.
- I don't get a barometer reading - The InTemp displays 32 and never changes - I have never been able to connect to the station through the WIFI
- The instructions on how to connect to WIFI don't match the current link.
I also have no idea if the solar panel array that I also obtained is working since I have no readings. Therefore I have not fully utilized this set-up.
I would like to complete the project and install the system at my local middle school to support there science classes. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Would the new weather station 2 and WIFI connection work with the current that I have purchased?
Thanks Kurt

First of all, excellent report.
Can you tell me what version of the OurWeather software you are running?
Since everything else is working well, it's got to be a bad barometer on the board.
When and where did you buy this unit?
Again, great information!

I purchased the weather kit from SwitchDoc Labs last July 2019. I'm willing to purchase a replacement for the weather station board if needed. I used the Feb 17 instruction manual to build the weather station. This manual and the OurWeatherPage are not the same and has caused some confusion. I'm not sure which version I'm running, but I'm sure its not the most current. I'm looking forward to being able to connect to the station via WIFI to get a better understanding.

It MAY be a bad board. Let's get the latest software on it.
Well, the first thing to do is to get the latest software installed and that requires you to connect to WiFi. Are you seeing the OurWeather board on 192.168.4.1?

I put power to the station and within the first 5 minutes typed into my browser and didn't get a return. Also I was not able to ping the board. My home computer runs Microsoft software. Thanks for the quick responses.
I have not been able to connect to the station via WIFI following the instructions. Looked at forum suggestions but still not able to troubleshoot this issue.

You need to connect to 192.168.4.1 not from your browser, but connect to the WiFi Access Point. Have you been doing that?

Update: I went ahead of purchased the updated WeatherPlus 2 board. I also was able to connect to the board with my laptop, gave up trying from my desktop. I'm using the Feb 2020 user manual and following the instructions. When I connect to 192.168.4.1 I get an ascii string of characters showing current weather. Not the most readible format. When connecting to www.switchdoc.com/OurWeatherPage.html it attempts to read but doesn't display the weather data. Looking for suggestion on how to move forward. Thanks

It's in JSON, so it can easily be parsed.
You only have 5 minutes to connect to the AP that is generated by the WeatherBoard. What is your OLED doing?
