My weather station has been offline since July. I finally have time to trouble shot why it will not start or communicate to weatherstem I've attached two images. One from the manual showing what my pi board should be communicating and one shows what my pi board is actually doing. Site for weatherstem is skyweather.weatherstem.com/belleairI've confirmed that my serial number is correct in the conflocal.py file Any help would be great to get this back online. Attachments:

Also noticed following the testing steps for all the sensors.
When I'm suppose to type
sudo pigpiod I get the following listed below
2020-11-19 21:34:39 initInitialise: Can't lock /var/run/pigpio.pid Can't initialise pigpio library

This program is a daemon and runs unless you kill it. You only need to start it once.
To check to see if it is running use this command
ps ax pigpiod | grep pigpiod | grep -v grep
if it's running the output should look similar to this
363 ? SLsl 35:45 pigpiod

Ok SDL I just read your post and I'm totally confused. What will fix my problem? I don't have any solar or battery power.

Add those three lines in conflocal.py. The problem is the variables that were added in version V51 have to be put in conflocal.py. Add these lines:
# SolarMAX_Type = "LEAD" for SolarMAX Lead Acid # SolarMAX_Type = "LIPO" for SolarMAX LiPo SolarMAX_Type = ""

I added the 3 lines and it still will not work # SolarMAX_Type = "LEAD" for SolarMAX Lead Acid # SolarMAX_Type = "LIPO" for SolarMAX LiPo SolarMAX_Type = "" skyweather.weatherstem.com/belleair

Post the error so we can see what happened.
Did you put it in conflocal.py?

Things to note. 1. I'm not a unix person 2. I followed instruction exactly as they are given 3. I did the following SSH into the pi. typed in
cd SDL_Pi_SkyWeather Then sudo nano conflocal.py Added the 3 lines of code. Saved the file. Rebooted the PI Logged back in to see the conflocal.py file to make sure that the 3 lines where added. Rebooted the pi.
Not sure what steps I need to take further.

Post the results of the run. That will help us figure out what happened.

is this what you wanted
I type the command below
pi@switchdoclabs:~/SDL_Pi_SkyWeather $ sudo python SkyWeather.py
(11124.3648, 5180, 1496) () ('Pi Camera Revision', u'ov5647') ('after bme680', True) Traceback (most recent call last): File "SkyWeather.py", line 637, in <module> NoiseFloor = config.AS3935_Lightning_Config[0] AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'AS3935_Lightning_Config'
If that is not what you wanted I need better instructions

The devil you say. That's a new one. Would you send me a PM (Private Message) with your conflocal.py file pasted in?
Somehow you have a really old conflocal.py file is my guess. I need to see the whole file.
do the following to run another test. We are going to remove your conflocal.py file where I think the problem is.
cd
cd SDL_Pi_SkyWeather
cp conflocal.py conflocal.py.bu
rm conflocal.py
sudo python SkyWeather.py
Post the result.
Then do this to restore your conflocal.py file
cp conflocal.py.bu conflocal.py

Here is the output following your instructions
How would I create a clean conflocal.py file where I input my data all over again?
(44973.840000000004, 21601, 6450) () ('Pi Camera Revision', u'ov5647') ('after bme680', True) Traceback (most recent call last): File "SkyWeather.py", line 637, in <module> NoiseFloor = config.AS3935_Lightning_Config[0] AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'AS3935_Lightning_Config'
