sudo python3 SGS2.py(I have my own SD card, and am not going through this setup with the switchdoc SD card--hindsight I wish I was...)
When going through this setup (https://www.switchdoc.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/SmartGardenSystemAssemblyAndTestManual_20200802CD.pdf) I am getting the following error when running "sudo python3 SGS2.py"
Traceback (most recent call last): File "SGS2.py", line 656, in <module> initializeScheduler() File "SGS2.py", line 460, in initializeScheduler state.scheduler.add_job(blinkLED, 'interval', seconds=5, args=[0,Color(0,0,255),1,0.250]) NameError: name 'Color' is not defined
Not sure what exactly is happening as I don't think this is a module missing issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Now that's an interesting one. This has something to do with the Pixel install. Go back through that (and down into the Python directory) and follow all the instructions again.

Can you point me to the install documentation you are referencing? A link perhaps?

go and get the following repository: github.com/switchdoclabs/SDL_Pi_8PixelStripFollow the install directions, including in the python subdirectory. BTW, someone on this board published a full install guide (which while it is surely outdated, would have some helpful hints). BP

Can you share a link to the thread with that install guide?
