I've been having issues with communication with SDL - I took part with the kickstarter for the Smart Garden System but I've still not received it. I've raised several tickets and there's been replies for the tickets but the person in charge of shipping has never got back to me! I'm not sure why but I'm going to try and reach out here as well...
The initial contact was due to my address being in Japanese Kanji (due to my location). I sent a reply but heard nothing back. I've tried contacting via tickets about once a month but again there's been no movement.
It's rapidly approaching the growing season and I'd love to get this up and running as soon as possible.
