Herve,
Make that ls command that Jason is asking for:
ls -l /home/piand
ls -l /home/pi/SDL_Pi_SkyWeather2That will show permissions on the files and ownership in the directory listing. By the way, as I was reading the thread I noticed you posted that you exited your Putty SSH sessions with the pi and then rebooted. Hard rebooting by power cycling is not recommended. If you give the command in a Putty SSH session to the pi:
sudo shutdown -r nowthat will properly run the shutdown scripts and reboot the pi. If you ever have the pi seem to stop responding normally when running the shutdown command, you can try:
echo s | sudo tee /proc/sysrq-trigger;echo u | sudo tee /proc/sysrq-trigger;echo b | sudo tee /proc/sysrq-triggerwhich is using the "magic SysRq" command understood by the linux kernel to perform low-level commands. I found it would recover the system after I had a kernel error message where problems with my network crashed the SkyWeather script. If I tried to reboot with the shutdown command, the pi wouldn't reboot and I would have to cycle the power. This magic SysRq key combination would force the kernel to sync the SD card filesystem, unmount and remount that filesystem as read only, and finally force a reboot. It came in handy while troubleshooting.

Two webpages with linux commands and explanations that might help:
www.howtogeek.com/412055/37-important-linux-commands-you-should-know/
www.hostinger.com/tutorials/linux-commandsAlso, the man command is your friend. Anytime you want to know more about a command, use:
man lsor
man "
command"
That will bring up the command's manual page, which you exit from by typing q for quit. The arrow keys will scroll up and down or the Pg Up and Pg Down keys will move quickly through the "man page" as people say. The switch for the man command that is most useful to me is:
man -k "
some-text"
man -k plotThis searches all the manual pages that might have the text command in the title and can help you find a command you can't remember the whole name of, or maybe the function of the command is what you remember, but not the name. This helps you figure out the name of the command. Plus, you can learn about other commands you may not know about in the search results. My example found on my pi running the default SDL build of linux:
