Hello, Everything (save one item) seems to be working well. I am having a problem with provisioning the Wireless SkyCam. I am following the instructions at: shop.switchdoc.com/collections/full-kits/products/solar-skycam-weathersenseand I am stuck at the part where it says that I should connect to it as a hotspot. I am not seeing it in my list of available spots, and I am using several computers to locate it. My setup: WeatherRack2 Wireless AQI (Working) Wireless Aftershock (Working) Wireless SkyCam (Not provisioning) Watchdog (Not setup yet)
Raspberry pi 4B Preconfigured SD Card from SDL (Buster, fully updated, and "original state" has been backed up as an image) I have not set up the "run on boot" script or tried to access WeatherSTEM yet.
Thank you in advance

New product, so I am learning with everybody else.
What is the bright What LED doing on power up of the Wireless SkyCam?
The most important thing is have you connected the antenna to the camera? Absolutely won't work without that. You won't pick it up.

Thank you very much for the quick reply. I had to charge it again before I could check. I see a red and a green LED on the SunAirPlus2 board, and a red LED next to the USB plug on the camera, but no white LEDs aside from the camera's flash.
I have the antenna attached.

Send me a picture so I can check. The Bright White LED is the cameras flash.
Plug in the SkyCam directly into a USB port to test.

Correction on the white LED, if I wait long enough it flashes again.

The lights are behaving correctly.
Wiring looks right to me. Are you sure the antenna is pushed all the way on? You should feel a click. You might pop it off and seat it again.
If not, I'm issuing an RMA for the SkyCamera. Send the board assembly to:
SwitchDoc Labs RMA#102821-02 909 S Shelley Lake Lane Spokane Valley, WA 99037
Please PM your shipping address and we will cross ship. And we will send you a SunAirPlus3 board too!
Since this is a new product and our first failure, please send it in as we want to test it.
thank you!
