RaspiConnect app works, went to page two which is blank and added a button, gave it control code B-2, what python file do I edit now? If I edit localexample.py it changes in the demo only. ultimately I want a new page two buttons to trigger two different leds on Pi pin 5 & 7. do i just create a new local.py and add in the code for b-2? thx for assisting the newbie! RaspiHawk,
Just add the new button in your existing Local.py file! I know people that have over 60 different controls in their Local.py file.
Best regards,

How do you code for multiple instances of the same button/widget? On the app I tried to add a second Speedometer and changed the Control Code to M-3 for the second instance but it would not validate. In the Local.py code I use an if statement such as "if (objectServerID == "M-2"):..." but that will only find the first instance I am assuming. Bruster999

Yes, you create a local.py file and add in the code for B-7. Exactly! BP
