I am trying to learn to update my various SwitchDoc Labs Grove Mini Pro Plus(s). While looking for a fix to recharge dead batteries I discovered a couple revisions to my WS/AQI that I was going to try to apply.
BP sent me the directions from github:
After installing Arduino IDE
Installation
Select Arduino Mini / Pro in IDE
Copy the zip files to your arduino libraries directories and unzip
Restart the Arduino IDE
And I was totally lost...
I was expecting Arduino IDE to have an interface kind of like some of Adafruit device where you upload compiled and other files to a directory but it is a coding interface. I was looking to replace README.md and SDL_Arduino_WeatherSenseAQI.ino.
I am lost is there a video or a post with more detail than above?
I am determined to add this to my bag of tricks. I am hoping by next winter I don't have to drag these things down to charge drained batteries. Although that fix hasn't happened probably like a lot of things this last 2 years.

Wshealy, You need to get some good tutorials on how to use the Arduino IDE. It requires you to recompile the code to load it. www.arduino.cc/en/GuideStart with these, then move to loading and compiling the code. BP

Okay Guys, I need some help. The Arduino IDE and compiling for Mini Pro is not in my wheel house. BP pointed me in the general direction of the barn but I'm not sure if it is a cow or what. Does anyone have a detailed list of steps to do this or willing to help me? BP has a picture of pest by my name on this okay maybe always.
Thanks Wallace
