I need to go back to bed. I had gotten my SkyCam wifi configured last night and this morning I was going to get it online. Nothing! No wifi nothing. When I opened it up the antenna cable is floating loose with the antenna pad detached from the camera. Photo attached. Is there a way for me to reattach or do I need a new camera. With my lack of skill I'm leaning toward a new camera. In the mean time after my WS Thunder and AQI have been down all winter for dead battery, I usb charged them overnight and expected them to come back online. So far no communication from weathersense.py of Sky2. They seem to be powered, battery fully charged, and all correct lights including blue on mini. What next? Sorry, my marathon Sky2 session isn't going well. Wallace Attachments:

You know you can't run SkyWeather2 and WeatherSense.py at the same time right?
Restart Your Pi and WeatherSense. Are you receiving the WeatherRack2?
It looks like you could probably solder it back on, but you can buy a replacement from Amazon, but it will be defaulted to the printed antenna (you can pop off the resistor and put a solder bridge across the other connections like the camera above).
Then you have to reprogram it with the SkyCam software using your arch nemesis the Arduino IDE.

I really do want to get through understand Ardunio IDE. I compile other stuff all the time. I have looked for a video or step by step directions for recompiling the MiniPro and now I guess the ESP. Y'all that run laps around me imply so much I don't even know what to do. I'll send a gift certificate for beer or dinner for the first clear complete step by step how to do a mini or esp. Once I have done it once I am fine. I am afterall 63 not 16.
"you can pop off the resistor and put a solder bridge across the other connections like the camera above" yeah right. I can't see that must less solder it.
Do I need to send you just the camera or the whole stack? If I get it back and have to use Ardunio IDE that might be the end of it. You may have answered elsewhere but in SWConfigure do I need both camera options checked for SkyCAM?
Yes, I run WeatherSense to test and then go to Sky2. Yes, The weather rack has been out in my garden 500' away and it along with 5 indoor sensors come in fine. After having a dead battery since early Dec. I got the ladder yesterday and got the WS Thunder and AQI down, removed the solar arm and usb charged ovenight. All the correct lights are on and including the blue one on the mini. I have now opened the case.
I'm am a little tired and frustrated, sorry. W

After days and many hours tonight determined not to be defeated I SURRENDER! Since you offered before I am enclosing in my package the 2 Mini Pro+ for you to update. Waving the white flag and going to bed. Wallace

Phhhhttt. You are giving up a little too early!
I'll ask John if he could do a short zoom session with you next week, say on Monday.
