I know it's ridiculous, but I got this SkyWeather via the kickstarter back in May of 2019, and it got set on the shelf, and then work and life and a pandemic intervened and it was forgotten and gathered dust. Now I have opened the box and am starting a *bit* late My first question is, needing to buy a Pi for it, what current models are accepted? best?

SkyWeather2?
If you don't want to use the time lapse options, then any Pi will work. If you do want time lapse generated on your local system then you need a 3B+ or 4B.
SkyWeather? Any Pi will do.

I am currently using a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.2 (via cpuinfo). I also bought a Raspberry Pi 4 Case Armor Heatsink Cooling Aluminum Alloy Cover to go with it. Does a great job of helping with the heat as my RPi is located inside my attic which can reach temperatures of 110F in the summer.
