Here are my questions
On the config panels I configured the vale 1 as timed with a start time of 15:00 and a 15 min interval . My understanding is this should start the pump connected to value 1 and run continuously. When I do this nothing happens. But if I go to the dash manual control and turn on value 1 the pump runs. Am I misunderstanding how the configuration panel works? (side note - when I do a save and exit from the config panel the web screen justs hangs with a spinning blue square but the cmd panel on the pi says the web server successfully shut down)
On the config cameras / Bluetooth screen I see two sensors listed. One I added and one I have no idea where it came from. Clicking on either sensor brings up the assignment drop don and my wireless extender is listed along with a field to give the sensor a name. If I select my wireless extender from the dropdown the dropdown graalong with the name box go away and the sensor stills says the sensor has no name and is not assigned to an extender. Side note - when I scan for bluetooth devices i dont find anything. I've changed the battery in the sensor thinking that was the problem but no joy. Is there a way to delete bluetooth devices and reinstaall them ?
Any help appreciated.

So - I fixed item 1. User error (but the manual(s) could really use a quick start that ties together the configuration steps to the operational steps and makes it clear that running config doesnt automatically start the SG3 system)
I was successful in removing the Bluetooth adapters out of the database so that item is closed
On the Bluetooth sensor item. I'm assuming the bluetooth signal is coming off the extender board and not the RPI because the system graphic implies that arrangement). Regardless I've positioned the sensor between the two and nothing is connecting.
I had seen the blog post bluetooth sensors fix for PI but the directions seem to be missing a step . Step 1 disables the wifi on the PI. Step 4 refers to an SSID of RPIHostSpot but there is no SSID I can see from any of my devices with that name r any other name that would imply the RPI is a hotspot. My understanding is that it's possible to run a hot spot on the RPI but that takes additional SW. I also checked the config and ops manuals and there is no mention of an RPIHostSpot.
Side note if I click on add a bluetooth device on the RPI the sensor comes up as an option immediately so I am guessing the pairing issue is with the extender board
SO if you can clarify the hot spot issue and whether I should pair off the RPI I'd appreciate it.
BTW I have SmartGarden version 062. I also tried the SG software update item and I got an Update Failed which I assume is because I am on the latest version

On the bluetooth manner and RPIHotspot. Are you using our image or your own SD Card image? Ours has the RPIHotspot on it to allow the RPI to be detected. Otherwise, you can not really use that debugging technique. What we have noticed is that some AP units do not allow the scan for the bluetooth. Why? We don't know and haven't been able to track it down. Something to do with the RPI network stack.
Yes, 062 is the latest release.

I'm using your image. How do I invoke it? It's not showing up when disable my network ssid. Which device is pairing with Bluetooth? Like i mentioned the RPI can actually "see" the Bluetooth device. One other question. On the extender board display I am seeing SVC 00000000 - what does that mean?

Me again. My Wireless Extender is refusing connections . And now I am getting a series of screen on the LCD
- the standard SMG3 with version Number - then one that reads SGW3Ext Connected with the IP Address (same network as the RPI) - then one that says SG3Wext Boot Ver:062 - then the SVS: 00000000
and the ESP continually cycles through these messages
When I run testSG3System.py I get a connection refused method. I've also tried taking the URL used in the testSG3System and running it from another computer and I get the same connection refused error.
I've tried the reset button along with power cycling but no luck
What are my options
