Question : I also lost (still need some testing) something in an air quality sensor box. Before I deploy any others (I have a radiation, air quality and lightning that I've been working to get out) I wanted to ask, do you provide any conformal coatings for the sensors? I've used clear nail polish on others PCBs and it has kept them from corrosion. This is a picture of the pro mini I was using in the air sensor after about a week... had a bunch of rain and the cases aren't completely water tight. The board cleaned up ok (see below) I'm going to test today with a new AQI sensor to see whether the sensor or the pro mini is bad...but don't want to put anything else outside without SOMETHING to help prevent this type of issue.

Clear nail polish is what we use. It does help, especially in the case of salt air.

You might want to include that in build directions.... I think in the OP's case here this might be something he needs to do.

+1 on adding this to the directions. I'll do this for my 2nd skycam and the lightning board if I can get it running again.
Unfortunately wrt the Temp and rain sensors they are built into the WeatherRack. I haven't wanted to pull it apart since the wind sensors are still functional. I will definitely add this to my work-arround though.
I'll be posting an update once I get the details cleaned up.

My weatherrack just went, started showing the invalid temperature reading of 164.2. With Switchdoc shutting down, can we get replacement temperature sensors to replace the one in the rack with?
Thanks.
