I'm having trouble getting any information. Last April 20, 2023, 10:02 am, I wrote to customerservice@switchdoc.com as follows:
Earlier on 17 Apr 2023 16:58 I sent an inquiry to the same e-mail address. No reaction. I'm getting a little worried 
I noticed that after accepting my order, the assortment was withdrawn from sale.
Please kindly give me any answer.
