Skyweather2 Loading only on home network Help ?

Hi guys so  Im reaching out with this issue Ive had for about 6 months on my SkyWeather2 station.

It all of a sudden stopped showing up on Weatherstem with just a partial display no camera image but white and parts of 
details but no readings.

Seemed like it was WeatherStem or the station, but it's been bad weather and snow so just had a chance to bring it down and reload a fresh version from the start to get it all working.

I have an issue that baffles me and so I'm here.
I can read the station at home on my computer from the browser and it's all good.
I can vnc and read the dash details, and all is good.

I can also read the station fine on my cell phone, but only on wifi.... if I turn off Wifi and go on Cellular it's only
parts of it, like just the template and not reading the station...

If I leave home and go on a computer elsewhere it wont read either..? tried other browsers still the same.

Very odd to me as the details are sent to Weatherstem and then sent out on the internet ..??

I would appreciate thoughts as I'm at a point of wondering if it's like a display issue of, Flash ..? not sure
