On the general settings page, I created a server on , being the adress reported by RasPiConnectServer on startup. Once I knew this was not needed, I went to Add/Edit System URL, clicked on the delete button and deleted it. This was yesterday. When I restarted App today, (after powering down iPad meantime) this URL had come back, and I had to delete it again. Closing and opening App is not a problem during same iPad session, even after iPad is put in standby. But when iPad is powered off completely then restarted, the URL settings are lost and the deleted URL re-appears. There appears to be a bug somewhere, that is preventing App from permanently saving settings during iPad power down. Mike

Mike,
Bug reported to Engineering. Number is #071813-1
We are planning on releasing a new version next week so I'm hoping this can be included.

Mike,
We were unable to reproduce the bug. We have put #071813-1 on watch.
The system URL table is stored with your configuration file, so if you deleted a System URL, and did not save your configuration file, then your changes are disregarded.
That may have been what happened.
Let us know if you have it happen again.
Best regards,
BP

BP Third time of trying.
When adding a URL, one is asked to save changes. When deleting a URL, one asked to confirm deletion. I had assumed the change was saved at that point, as there is no Save button within settings page.
What Save Settings button are you referring to?
Quick follow up.
When one wants delete a URL, one clicks the 'Minus' sign alongside relevant URL, and then clicking 'Delete' button that pops up.
Using same logic, if one wants to add a URL, one should click 'Plus' sign, which should take one to the 'Add URL' dialogue screen, but this isn't the case! The App crashes!

Mike,
I am referring to saving your configuration file (Panel Setup -> Save). The System URL table is saved as part of the configuration file. I do see your confusion and we will put up a popup indicating this.
The Plus Behavior is a bug! I've assigned it as bug #072213-1 and given it to engineering. Thank you!

BP,
If you were going to the effort of putting a popup, why not save the user another step, and save the deletion to the configuration file as soon as user clicks 'delete'.
Why make user take another action, after they have already confirmed they want URL deleted?

Mike,
The philosophy is this: The user can make any changes he wants on the working copy of the configuration file in his app, including the SystemURL. When the user is happy with the changes, he then saves the changes to the configuration file. Killing the app or loading another copy of the configuration file wipes out ALL changes the user has made.

BP,
Sounds fine as far as it goes. But when you automatically give user option to save New URL's, why not do the same when user wants to delete a URL? Relabel 'delete' button to 'Save Deletion' and there you are!

Mike,
Editing the System URL places the System URL in the working store. It does not store it in the configuration file until the user saves the configuration file. Hence the change in the popup to make this clear.

BP,
It must be me, as I don't recall saving the configuration file after I added the URL, but they seemed to stick.
