I recently got the Solar power controller to add to my OurWeather kit. yesterday when I was plugging in power after switching out the battery, I went from 200mAh to 6600mAh. the usb connector fell off the board. What is the warranty? I need to get a new tip for my soldering iron, but even with that I am not sure I trust myself to solder it back on

Dliglimore,
If you bought it less than 30 days ago (give us an order number), we will be happy to replace it. Which USB connector fell off the board? The big connector or the little connector. They don't take a lot of torque up or down. SMD parts you know.

Well, you are in luck today. I was in the office and our beloved president, Laurie, came by and she told me that we can make a policy exception for you and send you a new board after we receive your old one.
Woohoo! I can't do that without her agreement.
Send it to:
SwitchDoc Labs RMA #100717-01 909 S Shelley Lake Lane Spokane Valley, WA 99037
The big one doesn't just fall off, but if you apply enough up and down torque to it, it will pop off. I did it once, so I know!
Glad we could help,
Best regards,
BP
