Hello. I'm having a similar problem. I'm running GroveWeatherPi 2.99 on a Pi Zero W. I have everything functional except for the Grove Lightning Detector. I ran the setup script as described in the readme. Has a fix been identified? Thanks.

Send us a picture of your Grove Lightning Detector. The early boards would not work on the Raspberry Pi Zero W. If you have an early one, we will replace it for you!

This board is the latest. I'm issuing an RMA for it so we can test it for you. We had a few early boards go out before we implemented the 100% testing rule for these reworked boards.

We will include a free gift too! Aren't we special?

Samuel.
Not a bother! It was crushed under a much bigger box. We are glad we found it. Enjoy your new Grove 8 Pixel Strip too. Wire it up to your lightning detector!

I am just bringing up our weather station project and have sent a Chat message, but no reply. I am not able to get the Lightning board to be detected using the testSDL_Pi_TCA9545.py program. All the other sensors are showing up. I have tried various tests, including swapping MUX channels, no joy. It appears that the Lightning Board is not being recognized by the RPi Zero W. I sent pictures in my chat. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue? BTW - The interrupt light is on when the Pi is running, so I know it is getting power and the interrupt circuit appears to recognize.

We did reply this morning. Got your pictures and your excellent comments. Yes, I would say you have a bad ThunderBoard. Please return the ThunderBoard using this RMA #. SwitchDoc Labs RMA# 091918-01 909 S Shelley Lake Lane Spokane Valley, WA 99037 And please PM your address to us for shipping. We have no idea what happened to our reply this morning. John told me he went on and on about your issue and how cool your STEM library project is. Best regards, BP
