I've tried to hookup a Qi Wireless Charging module but without good results.
INA3221 reports ~44mA drawn from the module. If I disconnect it and use a multimeter I can see the module is delivering ~850mA. Any ideas? Anything I might be doing wrong?

I also just realised that my Qi charger base is overheating, which is odd.

Tell us how exactly you have hooked it up, what QI chargier base you are using, etc. We have used the Adafruit Qi charger in the past.

Here is what we tested. Not sure what your differences are, but ours worked like a champ. From AdaFruit:
