Yes, I saw them today. I put them on John's desk. He will look at them when he gets back on Tuesday.

Any news about the analysis of the sensors I sent back? I'd like to get my weather station fully functional.
Regards,
-Reese

We found them! It was in a sack and not a box. Silly us. The RMA number was written on it as you said.
We are going to take a look at them either today or Tuesday.

Reese,
John hasn't even looked at them yet. He is in the middle of getting our latest kickstarter out (next day or so) and will look at them by the weekend.

BP,
Perhaps you could send me working sensor and a working controller board and I can confirm that there is nothing about my setup that is problematic.

We sent them on Wednesday. For some reason you weren't in our customer database so we couldn't send you a confirmation.

Hi BP,
The boards arrived yesterday, a controller, a RTC, and a temp/humidity sensor. I hooked them up this morning. So far, the results are not good. I use a 5v supply and the OLED display from the complete kit. The system is now upgraded to v 031 of the software. It is only stable if the temp/humidity sensor is not in the configuration. Failure is similar to before, temp and humidity are bad and other data are corrupted... after a while.

PS: Do you have me in the customer database now? -r

Hi BP,
I just created an account with the Switchdoc store. My hardware was purchased through Amazon. This may account for the problem finding me in your customer database, as I only had created a user in the forum.

Reese,
You most likely have a bad AM2315.
Here is an RMA#:
Please send it to:
SwitchDoc Labs RMA#060618-01 909 S Shelley Lake Lane Spokane Valley, WA 99037

Hi BP,
After mailing the temperature sensor back to you yesterday, I decided to leave the stripped down system running. At first, it seems to work just fine... until I start getting readings through Wifi. Then it locks up. So now, I'm suspicious that the sensor I returned to you might not be the problem, or not the only problem.
Perhaps my wifi environment is too active and causes a problem in the controller.

Reese,
Interesting information. Have you read about how browsers can lock up the system on other postings? Take a look at them.
The system didn't lock up with the AM2315 installed?
