I was wondering if it is possible to connect the SunControl board directly to the GPIO pins of a Raspberry Pi (Zero, in this case) using Grove-to-Dupont conversion cables (Grove - 4 pin Female Jumper to Grove 4 pin Conversion Cable (5 PCs per Pack) -
SKU: 0074-GRVCABFEM-DSBT, for example)? I would rather not add a Pi2Grove board to this project, but notice a documentation note about "buffered connections and voltage translation" and wanted to inquire if those were mandatory features needed for the SunControl board to communicate with a Pi.
