Did a search and couldn't find this question so I am posing it. With the weather vane part of kit, I assume 0 degrees is N, right? That being said, how should the wind direction sensor be oriented to make sure I am getting correct reporting of wind direction?

Maybe I'm not being clear enough on this. I understand how the weather direction is determined by the electronics, what I am asking is how should the analog weather vane be oriented on the pole I have it attached to so that when it reads 0 degrees for the wind direction, it is actually pointing North?  |
