Hello,
Is there a way to recalibrate the moisture sensor? For some reason, mine has been pegged out at 100% for about a week. The soil is not that damp.

Check your wiring. Is it plugged in correctly?
Did you get it wet?
Do you have another moisture sensor to swap it out at?

I think my son might have dumped water on the plant (and the sensor) a couple of weeks ago . Is it fried?

Yes, that sounds like a fried sensor to me. I'd suggest you buy a new one and then cover all the electronics on the sensor with silicon caulking or something like that to prevent a repeat of the water dumping incident! Send us some pictures of the result!

I also have the same issue. My sensor has been reading 100 for a few days. I bought a new sensor and I still get the same reading. I haven't changed out the wiring yet. The sensors didnt come with the 3 to 4 pin connectors so I am using my old one while i wait for the new connectors to come in.
Any thoughts on this?
thank you! James
