I just assembled my weather station, powered it up and the OLED is dead. I’m getting indicator lights on the main board but no activity from thd OLED. I’ve tried different Grove cables and inputs. Nothing.

Hmm. Ok tell me what the indicator lights are doing after power up. I'm thinking you have a bad OLED, but I want to make sure.

I have one solid blue on the board for power. For the Wind and Rain I can get orange and green to blink based on spinning the wind instrument or tipping the rain gauge. I also have a solid orange on the clock. My sense is the board is working but as you suggest the OLED is bad.
I'm a relative novice to Arduino/Raspberry stuff but I do have two Raspberry PI's. Could I dissect a Grove cable and connect the OLED to the GPIO on a Pi to test it. Also I have a the FT232RL UART breakout. Could I get into the WeatherPlus board from my PC using the UART to see what is going on?

Use your FTDI cable to see what is going on with the board. Try pulling the AM2315 and see if that makes a difference. Swap the AM2315 with the OLED on the I2C bus too.
Something is going on with this kit. We are looking at it tomorrow.

OK. I have the display working but not from the assistance I have received on this forum. ARRRR.. I now suspect the sketch/program was never properly compiled and uploaded to the WeatherPlus board in the first place. Not surprising since my Weather Station originally arrived missing a third of the components, the main WeatherPlus board being one of them. I figured out how to upload the original Sketch/Program to the board and immediately got the display working. That was a chore in and of itself, and am a better person for it. I think I may have been better off trying to piece together my own station.

I'm glad you are a better person for it!
We have had a couple of issues like this over the past two months. We revised our programming procedure and even though we couldn't figure out what exactly happened, we have a better procedure in place.
