I'm having an issue trying to set up weatherstem. When I type in my serial number it tells me that my serial number is already registered. So I try to log in with my email address and no such email address is found ( I only have 2 that I use and neither is in the system ) I believe someone must have typed in my serial number by mistake so I can not setup my station on weather stem. Can you help?

My station is at Https://skyweather.weatherstem.com/savagecreekIt just went online 9-29-2019 and the camera is mounted flat and not angled up slightly which is about 15 feet above the roofline which gives us a view due south and of the neighbors house across the street. |

I just noticed a bug in the weatherstem display. Where it has the bug temp at the top then in smaller letters to the right it says clear, then visibility, the mine says 78°F low @10:10pm, then under that says 106°F low @ 4:04pm. Shouldn't one be the low and the other be the high? I also see the bug about the barometer always saying rising but I know that's been brought up. Is there a way to have the direction also include say N or NNE etc to the degree? Some people might not register that 0 degrees is North.

I don't see the Palm Springs station (or mine) on the map. I've also tried the iOS app and don't see California listed. Can't find Curacao either. Am I missing something? My station Tastygreenfruit is posting. |

Sir, Now WeatherSTEM.com, click on "dashboard" and thenClick on the "SkyWeather" ICON on the bottom of the map. Then you will see this (and you can turn off the WeatherSTEM stations by hitting their ICON).: BP  |

That's correct. WeatherSTEM is no longer supporting that. We are working on a solution.
