I've passed it over to Cindy.
Your version of WXLink does not support the SHT30 yet, hence the AM2315.

It is November 18 and I still haven't received notice of receipt for my NEW AM2315 sensor, nor has my PM with my shipping address been read.
PLEASE send me a tracking number for the new AM2315 sensor as soon as possible.

Hmmm. Your email shows read on our system. However, I'll just bet that I didn't copy it over to our ticket system and send it. Not Cindy's fault. Mine.
I'll put it in the system today and she will send it out pronto!

On November 6 you told me that the replacement AM2315 sensor would be sent.
I just checked and my PM with my shipping address and it still hasn't been read. I don't know who's fault it is, but I still haven't received the replacement sensor or a Tracking Number.
It has been three months since my first message explaining my troubles with the SkyWeather Kit and I still don't have a working Weather Station, and I am afraid that I will have other software problems once and IF I can ever get it to work.
Frankly, I am completely frustrated with this situation and would like to send back the Weather Station and ask for a full refund.

Juanc,
You seem to have made it through the issues and you are now just waiting on the replacement sensor. Part of the problem is you being in South American and we have to use a freight forwarder which really delays any interactions regarding parts.
The sensor you are referring to was sent to your freight forwarder on November 12th.

BP,
As explained in my other 2 threads, after receiving the new sensor the operation of the WXLink is sporadic to say the least.
But as time goes by, it is working less and less, and I have a feeling it will stop transmitting in a short time.
The yellow LED on the Arduino simply stops blinking and that means it is not transmitting to the LoRa. I am starting to suspect the new AM2315 sensor is causing problem.
If this situation persists I will unplug the AM2315 sensor again and see what happens.
EDIT After waiting 40 minutes with no transmission from the WXLink, I unplugged the AM2315 sensor and now everything is working again!!!
So it is evident that the AM2315 sensor is the problem with the WXLink working as it should.
NOW WHAT?
I am quite tired of this system not working as it should!

Hmm. Do you have a second AM2315 to swap out? If not, we can send you another one. As I have stated before, there are problems with this lot of AM2315 sensors.
In Q1 we are replacing the AM2315 with an SHT30 (but there is software we need to write so it won't get done until January).

Yes, I do have another AM2315, but it doesn't work with the Arduino either.
I can't wait for Q1 to have this station operational.
I when I bought this equipment, it was supposed to go into operation in no more than a month, but now it has been over 6 months and it is still not operational.

Juanc,
Would you show the Arduino with the AM2315 plugged into it? Show me a pic of the whole system.

Here's the picture, I just plugged in the AM2315 before taking the picture and the system is working again, but I don't know for how long.
It has now been working fine for 20 minutes since I plugged in the sensor.
I will keep it plugged in until the WXLink hangs, but I hope it doesn't.
EDIT The system worked perfectly for 1 hour and 50 minutes before stopping data transmission. I will leave the sensor plugged in all night and if the system is still hung tomorrow morning, I will unplug the sensor once again.
You can check the Stem weather page https://skyweather.weatherstem.com/vicente_mayor in a couple of hours or more, and see if the temperature and other data are Zero or not.

Do you have an FTDI cable you can plug into your system? I suspect your power supply (Solar I mean - is it shutting down?). You can also get the data through Blynk on SkyWeather or run the testWXLink.py program and watch the incoming solar data. This could be your problem.

I do have an FTDI cable. Please send detailed instructions on how to use the cable.
Why do you suspect the solar power supply (the SunAirPlus is new) ?
The system has the same problem at night when it is running on battery power (with full battery), and all normalizes after unplugging the AM2315 when operating during the day or night.
The testWXLink.py program has the same problem and doesn't receive any readings when the AM2315 is plugged in.
Why would Blynk show me any data since it isn't being transmitted by the Arduino?

Juanc,
I've responded to you via PM.
To answer your questions.
1) Do you know how to use the Arduino IDE? If not, check out a tutorial on how you get that up. When you have it up, you can easily connect to the FTDI cable (it shows up as a serial port) and then you can see the serial stream (at 115200 baud) coming from the Aurdino Mini Pro LP. This will tell us what is going on with the board and hopefully the AM2315.
2) I suspect the power supply because you have stated that it works for a while and you have two AM2315. Something is hanging and it often can be the power supply. A fully chargeed battery into the SunAIrPlus board does make this somewhat unlikely. You could plug an MicroUSB cable directly into the Mini Pro LP to eliminate that potential problem to help debug it. You could also measure the voltage that is coming into the Mini Pro LP Arduino board.
3) Regarding the testWXLink program, what you are telling us does not seem to be consistent. You state "The system worked perfectly for 1 hour and 50 minutes before stopping data transmission." but then you state you don't get anything from the testWXLink program. How do you know the tit worked perfectly?
4) Regarding Blynk. It's another way to get the WXLink data displayed. Again, you said everything was working for 1:50.
