This maybe a dumb question but..... When I run testBMP280.py script the temperature reading is 29.4C But when I run the SkyWeather2.py script and look at the command line output from the main sensor the temperature is correct at 41F (which is my current outdoor temp).
My question is why is there such a difference in the figures as the testBMP280.py reading looks to be not a real temp figure in either C or F?
Is there some other file making temperature modifications to record the real temp?
Regards Maurice

SkyWeather2.py is reporting the outside temperature on the SkyWeather2 instrument. The testBMP280 program is reporting the temperature on the BMP280 which is located ?? with your Raspberry PI inside somewhere I would assume since it is reading about 84F. They are not the same device.
