I have two ourweather units running 036 firmware. They have the solarplus for power and the lightning sensor as well. Uploading to weather undergound as well. When trying to read the full datastring via json they seem to randomly lockup. I can still ping the IP address so the wifi is not dropping. It's only 10' from the AP. If we power cycle the unit it comes back for a few hours and then boom locked again.. IF i pull the lightning sensor off it runs for 24 hours without issue. Plug the lightning sensor back in and boom random locks every few hours.. Since we can still ping the unit is there a way to tell it to reset the CPU? We are planning on driving up and installing these units in a remote location at the end of the week and if I need to not use the lightning sensor we will but so far the stability of the firmware is causing us concerns.. As the OTA didn't work on ether unit but we were able to update with the IDE and now this..

How often are you polling the REST interface? That is the usual problem that causes this. If you are using a browser, sometimes you need to use a different browser. Lots of comments on the forum about the REST interface.
Could you do one more test for me? Plug the lightning sensor and unplug the AM2315 and see if you still lock up. I wonder if you actually have the AM2315 problem, but I doubt it.

So using curl from my mac at the moment... every 30ish or so minutes.. just sitting down to writing a script to grab the solar data every 5 minutes to store/graph it. Will test the AM2315 once the next round of storms goes through..

Great. Just making sure I understand the problem.
