I would guess your WS TB has not been received for the past 60 minutes. That's the definition of "on-line". Could you print out the last 100 lines in your TB433MHZ table in your WeatherSenseWireless database? There is a post on here on how to do that: (thanks, doxidad)
If you don't have phpMyAdmin installed do this:
