I started off with a Zero W from my Sky1 setup, maxed it out quickly. Substituted a Pi4b nothing fit and it ran hot. So now I'm rebuilding on a Banana Pi M2. Got Rpi Stretch running. Now to run Sopwith's script. Add a few heat sinks and remove a few extra cable. Might could park a truck in there. W

How did you max out your Zero W?
Thanks,

By the time I was running Sky, Dash, MQTT, and I'm sure a couple of others it was so sluggish. So I tried the 4 but nothing fit the box was a fraction too small and it ran hot. The banana pi m2 packs a lot into the zero foot. It is going to take a fan and heat sinks. I am experimenting with it and in parallel building a bullseye version of the SD Card with a small foot print. Thinking taking a hack saw to the box and adding a 1/2".

That's what I suspected. I'm going to swap out the 3B+ for a Zero W but I'm not running anything other than the radio, and the pressure and dust sensors. I don't expect I'll see much load on the Zero W.
Thanks,
Jason

Jason, you've just described my current set up, and I haven't had any issues with it. I've run the camera as well, which was also fine.

Sorry if my question wasn’t clear. Which adapter specifically?
