Is the 5V to VCC for the analog connectors A0 through A3 pulled from the I2C bus ?
Is there any limitation on the current pulled from those analog connectors?

Yes, 5V is connected to VCC (or if you are supplying the board with 3.3V, it will show 3.3V).
The limitation for the current will be how much current your power supply that is driving the board (from the computer VCC usually) will supply. These aren't analog connectors. They are digital lines (well, VCC and GND can be considered analog).
