That helps! Does the white light on the AS3935 come on when you power up? Has it every worked?
Did you change anything when it stopped working?

The red light on Blynk comes on once and a while advising the is lightning "X" kms away. Not sure when the error really started. I can repower the unit and see if the white light come on.

I'm going to take the unit down and bring it into the house. I can't have it sitting outside and not functioning. Need to trouble shoot this from the ground up. What, where should I start? And then go to where?

Carefully watch the start up (white light) on the AS3935 and see what it does.

Carefully watch the start up (white light) on the AS3935 and see what it does. OK, I've pulled it off the fence and brought it inside to try and troubleshoot it. Also a ribbon cable for the camera should be here this week.

Carefully watch the start up (white light) on the AS3935 and see what it does. I've started it, but I don't see any light on the lightning board light up, white or otherwise.

Assuming it is plugged in correctly and there is power, your lightning detector is dead!

Assuming it is plugged in correctly and there is power, your lightning detector is dead! BP Plugged in correctly and there is power. It is not recognised in the SkyWeather script so I guess it is pooched.

I looked at purchasing the A3935 at the store and found out the price to ship. Wow, the same price as the unit. I sent a message to see if there was a cheaper and better way to ship but haven't heard anything back.

There is a problem with Shopify and shipping. We are trying to figure it out. It's only using one box size.

There is a problem with Shopify and shipping. We are trying to figure it out. It's only using one box size. BP Were able to figure this out? I live about 2 hours away, yet the shipping sends the package to San Francisco, then to Seattle, into Vancouver ( which is now cut off from the rest of Canada due to flooding) and then a 2 day trip to my location. Takes a week to 10 days to travel 2.5 hours!! That's why asked if there was a better way to ship to here, via the Post Office (not USPS)?
