My solar AQI unit is stuck at zero. I have powered off and on. I do not have the power saving wire hooked up. I do have it inside, but I have tried to blow some smoke at it. Still zero. Any suggestions? Or do I have a defective laser sensor? Thanks. Attachments:

Sounds like a defective laser sensor. Could it have gotten wet?

Nope. Was only outside for a couple days. Had to bring it in because the battery was dying in the cold weather. I have the one that is connected directly to the Pi. I can try it to see if that works, but then can I get a replacement? I'd like to have both indoor and outdoor AQI once you upgrade the software to support that. Thanks!

Pagerman,
When did you buy the outside AQI? If you bought it within 30 days, we will be happy to send you a new one when you send the old one back.

I have an AQI sensor and the AQI reading is zero. The dash charts attached show ovements on the currents and voltage. I am confused, is there anything else I need to do?

Have you ever gotten readings? It looks like this is plugged into the wall. is that true?

I haven't had any readings from it. I bought this from pager man who said it was working when he shipped it. yes it is powered via usb and once proven to work it will go outside.

I'd check the wiring very carefully. First thing to do.
