Data not logging into SQL via SkyWeather2

I'm just restarting my system with a new Pi4 and V20 of the pre-loaded SD Card using previous T/H sensors and Skyweather2.  Enabled debug in the configuration utility and can see skyweather2.py running, and see reception of the sensors and Skyweather2.  But when I run dash_app there is no data showing.  The status page shows Pi statistics but no connections active even for TH sensors.

Queries from the dash_app debug output show no query results so I'm assuming it's on the loading side:
