Folks.
We had quite the line of T-Storms come through last night (Gulf coast AL). My Weather Station measured a max gust of 99.14 mph before it blew off the fence and landed ~ 40 feet away in the yard. We wanted to know if we could trust that number .
On the plus side: Once I retrieved the Sensor housing and mounted it back on the fence it seems to be working like a charm...
Unfortunately we missed capturing the rain/wind from the heart of the storm. It looks like we lost the signal with the leading edge.
---- Daily Max Wind Speed at 20:33:31 : 43.31 mph Wind Direction........: NW (321 deg) Daily Wind Gust Speed....: 99.14 mph Wind Gust Direction...: NW (321 deg)

I believe you can trust that number. Looks like you had sustained winds of 43mph too. Easy tropical storm force
