I've got everything hooked up per the install manual. Everything tests out but I see nothing on the LCD screen . Ive tried both the IC2 connectors on the extender board but no luck. Ive also confirmed that everything is firmly plugged in . Do I need a new LCD screen?

Post a picture of your hookup so I can take a look at it.
Do any LEDs flash on the main board when you power it up?
Does the RGBW LCD display anything?
