Adding sensors to the OurWeather kit

Thank you for making me realize how little I had thought this through
Hopefully this thread can become a guide for others looking to add grove sensors.

I'm going to drop the IR temp sensor, the onboard BMP280 gives me the internal temp I need, I want the light sensor inside to tell me if the weatherproof case door has accidentally opened.

I went through their datasheets and the total average current consumption at 5V by all of them should not exceed 200-400mA.
I'm going to order a shop.switchdoc.com/products/air-quality-extender-pack-for-ourweather-raspberry-pi-arduino-esp8266-grove-headers which gives me three spare analog channels and two more digital one's. I'll add another ADC as the analog sensors arrive.

I'm unsure what type of sensors these are (Digital/Analog):
