Hi all,
I have tried several things to show me weather conditions. The standard weather stations available from several shops. A diy lightning strike alarm. A raspberry pi with a weatherpi.python script, reading noaa sources and so on. I am on the list for blitzortung, but that may take a very very long time. Looking for other things, I found this great project. It seems to offer everything I always wanted in a weather station. But not everything is clear to me... Obviously I want the sensors outside, but the display and computer inside... How long are connections between the two? And I seem to understand the outdoor part can be wireless connected to the inside part...
Can I get what I want by ordering:
- Ourweather complete weather kit
- Thunderboard lightning detection extender kit for ourweather grove
- Solar wxlink wireless data link designed for the weatherrack and the weatherboard
