We are building our new SMART BIN CONTAINER, we have already the connected version, and now we are making the solar power release.
To reduce the consume, we wish manage the consume of the device connected to the rapsberry by USB like:
We need to ON/OFF based on working rules, for example citizen it is playing with the container, then ON Screen and Barcode, not playing OFF both component and ON RFID reader.
We believe the USB PowerControl could help us, but we think it was designed for power charge control, not for the objective that we are thinking...
Question, do you believe it is a good approach use USB PowerControl for our request?
Second question, if answer it is yes, how we will connect, because we don't need the lipobatin, just only one GPIO pin to send signal or not to the USB PowerControl based in our rules... could you provide a sample
Last question it is we should buy V1 or V2?
Before to finish the thread, do you delivery to Spain?
