I'm having a problem with SunControl board that I just received: I get no 5V output.
I have both a solar panel and a fully charged LiPo battery connected. The "charging", "charging done", and the "input good" LEDs all seem to correctly represent that part of the board. The "5V booster" and "USB out" LEDs were on briefly, but will not come on now.
Tried different batteries, and different loads. Not sure what is happening.
Please help!

Hi Kurt,
I saw your request on Chat earlier. Here are my questions:
1) Did you touch or pushdown on any of the chips on the board?
2) did you turn the 5V switch On?
3) Have you anything in the Grove Connectors?
Post a pic of the board and hook up.
Thanks!
BP

Hi - 1 - Not intentionally, so I'll say no. 2 - Yes 3 - I did at first, (PI2GROVER wired as recommended), nothing now. Board has been re-powered numerous times. Pic attached. kk Attachments:

Kurt,
When and where did you buy your board?
I think you have a bad board.

Kurt,
Here is your RMA#. Looks like a bad one! We will test it when It comes back in to figure out what went wrong. We are thinking a static discharge, but it will be almost impossible to figure out in the lab here.
RMA:
SwitchDoc Labs RMA#: 092118-01 909 S Shelley Lake Lane Spokane Valley, WA 99037
Best regards,
BP
