This is such awesome news guys! Bringing new life into my original Smart Plant Pi, couldn't be happier. Thanks - looking forwar dot picking up a couple of those capacitive sensors, that was a bummer with the original ones...

Found it in SmartPlantPi.py. Python files are well readable . Some great folks behind this project. Hope you enjoy. Don't forget to share pics of your setup!

Are you running the script as sudo? Can you provide more context for your error?

I've disconnected everything and the white LED went off. I reconnected the ADC board and the white LED comes on and stays on. When I run i2cdetect the white LED blinks. Is this a defective ADC board? Any further suggestions on troubleshooting this? From what I see it looks like either every cable failed or I have a bad Pi2Grover board?

I haven't changed the I2C settings, this was a working model that has been up for a few weeks. This pi just stopped updating freeboard so I rebooted, and it wouldn't run the SmartPlantPi.py script ever again. I've gone into preferences and rechecked everything, its set correctly.
The Pi2Grover board has both the blue and white led on constantly. Running i2cdetect -y 1 does not change the state of either LED.

After a recent reset, the SmartPlantPi.py script crashes immediately on load. Here's the error message:

Any chance you guys have the datalogger configured for SmartPlantPiyet? Not sure if/where that sits on your (busy!) schedule?
